IRONMAN Kapil Arora is a fitness expert, bestselling author and a successful corporate professional.

An MBA from Pune University, he is among the very few Indians who earned the title of ‘IRONMAN’ in New Zealand, where he completed the triathlon that included 3.8 kilometers of swimming, 180 kilometers of biking and 42.2 kilometers of running.
