We create a running culture that empowers, celebrates, and grows from the diverse perspectives of its members, as well as provide accessible opportunities across Puget Sound communities.

AND was started by bunch of young and energetic members of DRHM training group started on 2nd August 2015. From the moment go, it was beaming with energy and enthusiasm .

The day starts at 5 AM with running and strengthening sessions . The roads of Annanagar is filled with Anderz running as a group . The team has the best coaches in fitness and running to guide them .

To provide a variety in training there are various runs like bridge run ,hill run, Beach run and trail run. Cross training like cycling and swimming are just to add to the variety of training imparted. Flexibility is the key for runners- they have a dedicated Yoga master to guide them.

Cross Training

Cross training is absolutely essential for Running. It helps to balance the muscle groups, improve the cardiac fitness, reduces the chances of injury and to maintain active rest. Annanagar Dreamers has well coordinated cross training in the form of cycling, swimming, Yoga, Zumba and mixed martial arts to their weekly schedule.
